The road to happiness is unfortunately not always liner. In western society we have often been conditioned to believe that more equals a better and happier life.  More education, a better job, a new car, a bigger house, a new partner, more stuff. Sometimes the reality of chasing this more can become more about suffocating and less about creating happiness. So, there is perhaps something in the saying ‘Less is more’ that is more relevant than ever.
