Shipping & returns


Orders will be processed within 1-2 working days of being placed. Please allow 7 days for despatch of small collage paintings. This lead-time is to allow for framing. Please allow 2-4 weeks delivery time for large scale paintings required to be shipped in custom creates.

Once dispatched please allow 5 days for your goods to arrive within mainland UK. 7 – 10 days for Europe and 10-12 days for the rest of the world. Please be aware of that once your parcel leaves the UK Maria Hatling cannot be held responsible to foreign customs fees, nor the hold of items in customs. Please take this into account before placing your order. Orders will automatically be shipped on a tracked or signed service. Tracking numbers will be provided as soon as the item has been shipped.

All our fine art prints are shipped rolled in acid free paper in a heavy weight cardboard tube for protection. All collage paintings will be shipped flat in a box to protect the 3D elements of the artwork. Larger paintings will be shipped in a custom made crate


Returns are only offered on IN STOCK items, and only if you have contacted us within three days of receiving your item. Items must be returned in the condition and packaging that they arrived in within 14 days of purchase and may then be exchanged for another item or a credit note may be issued. Returned items are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us.We will not accept the return of an artwork if it have been used, damaged or incorrectly packed. We would like you to be aware of that you are responsible for any returned goods until the items have made it back to us, and will strongly advise that a proof of postage is purchased when arranging your return. Please note that we will not refund delivery charges.

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on any items that have been made to order. We do, however, want you to be 100% delighted with your Maria Hatling piece, and we expect that you would be, but if you should find anything wrong with your order please get in touch immediately and we will find a way to resolve it.
