Ordering

When purchasing items from mariahatling.com you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Once you have placed your order you will receive an e-mail confirming that we have received you order. Once you order has been shipped we will send you a new e-mail telling you that your order has been dispatched.


Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be processed within 1-2 working days of being placed. Once dispatched please allow 5 days for your goods to arrive within mainland UK. 7 – 10 days for Europe and 10-12 days for the rest of the world. Please be aware of that once your parcel leaves the UK Maria Hatling cannot be held responsible to foreign customs fees, nor the hold of items in customs. Please take this into account before placing your order. Orders will automatically be shipped on a tracked or signed service. Tracking numbers will be provided as soon as the item has been shipped. To enquire about shipping costs before placing an order please email and we will provide a quote.

All our fine art prints are shipped rolled in acid free paper in a heavy weight cardboard tube for protection unless you have specifically requested for your print to be shipped flat and paid a slightly higher postage and packaging fee. All collage paintings will be shipped flat in a box to protect the 3D elements of the artwork. Larger paintings will be shipped in a crate. 


Returns & Replacements

Returns are only offered on IN STOCK items, and only if you have contacted us within three days of receiving your item. Items must be returned in the condition and packaging that they arrived in within 14 days of purchase and may then be exchanged for another item or a credit note may be issued. Returned items are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us.We will not accept the return of an artwork if it have been used, damaged or incorrectly packed. We would like you to be aware of that you are responsible for any returned goods until the items have made it back to us, and will strongly advise that a proof of postage is purchased when arranging your return. Please note that we will not refund delivery charges.

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on any items that have been made to order. We do, however, want you to be 100% delighted with your Maria Hatling piece, and we expect that you would be, but if you should find anything wrong with your order please get in touch immediately and we will find a way to resolve it.

All our prices on our website are pounds sterling and postage and packaging are not included. Our product images and descriptions aims to be as accurate as possible however please be aware of that there might be some slight variation in colour or sizing caused by the software you are using. We cannot be held responsible for such variations.

Pricing & Product Description


All payments made on mariahatling.com are processed via PayPal. This allows you to purchase goods from us with your credit or debit card or with your own PayPal account. Using PayPal means that all transactions are secure and no sensitive payment information is held on our server. Using PayPal for payments, means PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). 


Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
