I rarely make it to the Cinema. It is not that I don’t like it, it just happens to be more my husbands thing. As a director and editor O will consume a lot of films every week whereas I will choose to do other things like listen to ‘This American Life’ and work in evening. However last night we watched The Grand Budapest by Wes Anderson at home. I am now in love with the story and the films visual look.

For me this is the best Wes Anderson movie since The Royal Tenenbaums that use to be one of my favourites back in my university days. Since then I have seen all of Wes’ films either at home or in the cinema and liked all of them. ‘The Grand Budapest,’ is however pure magic! It has got a solid script and magnified Wes look. I woke up this morning still thinking of this film (this hardly ever happens to me) and have decided that colours that are used in this film, which I will describe as ultra feminine retro, will inspire my next print collection.
